Georgian Style London Town-House with Quality Oak Veneered Case and Flooring

          Built to a very high standard by a craftsmen this Georgian Style Dolls house is fully Built, Lit and Decorated. Each room is finished to a high standard with real oak veneer flooring and stained wooden skirting-boards.
          The facade is complete with Quality wooden windows and is finished with a realistic brick effect and sandstone frontage. The door comes complete with letter box and working knocker.
          The slate effect roof and brick effect chimney and pots complete with lead effect flashing add the final touch of realism to this piece.
          Inside there are six spacious rooms each lit with a ceiling light and decorated with wallpaper and skirting-boards. Each Landing is Lit to show-off the stained oak veneered stair cases complete with banisters and handrail.
          The lighting system is capable of running 16 bulbs and is expandable to accommodate up to 12 lights in total.
